Music Copyright Request

As a group, we have spent a long time researching and listening to music that we feel would be suitable for our film trailer. One song that we came across is called "The Way" by Zack Hemsey. Zack Hemsey as produced music for many high end films and their trailers, these include Inception and Transformers. In order for us to use the track, we had to email the copyright holder asking for permission. Here was the email sent from Lewis' account:

A few weeks later, we recieved a reply giving us permission to use that song. Here is the reply:
